Why would you post that? I'm going to have nightmares and a bad Sunday now because of that.

What a god awful ugly prototype that thing is. But, hey, now it too can be nearly indistinguishable from the current production crop from Aston, Maserati and Jaguar

Hey, what do you want for $125,000? And that's the entry level V-6 version!

I think they would be hard pressed to get $45,000 for the V-6 version.

Those look like the same mules they keep catching out & about. Certainly deserves an ugly stick beating from what we're seeing.

I've not been too negative about the Panamera up until now. I don't care what "disguise" it's wearing, that's not a good move for Porsche. But, I guess that's what happens to a company when it gets big and successful. One can only hope that Lotus or someone builds the next great cars. When I sell the Carrera, aside from the wife's Boxster, that will be the last Porsche I will buy. I don't want to be associated with Cayennes and Panameras.

I keep trying to like this car, I really want to, but it's just ugly.

Now, if it looks like this when they strip off the "disguise", I think many folks would be pleased:

Or this:

Well Kurt, we can hope...but the pic above these artist's renderings shows many of the "disguise" features...I guess time will tell. Still, $125K is pretty steep for a V-6 powered 4 door sedan...

That's the entry level V-6...the V-8 models are much more.

As I've said before, I don't like it, but hey, as long as it saves the company from financial ruin so it can continue to make Cayennes, then it's ok with me.

Ace and Gary would be pleased for sure, and I think they are in the market for a new car.

$125K? who is going to buy a four door grocery getter for that amount of cash? who are they marketing this car to?

on the upside, they did a great job of cloning the hyundai tiburon. :/

The Maserati looks really nice. Maybe P AG has a strategy to help keep them in business.

Randy & Ian...thanks for the chuckles! I needed some this morn.

Milt? I'm with ya...I sincerely doubt that my shadow will darken the door of a Porsche dealership these days...even if I won a lottery. Better offerings in the same price ranges than P-cars these days. Mind you, I'm talking road cars...

Haven't they been testing this car for 10 years now? Seriously, do they ever plan to actually introduce and sell it?

Unless I'm missing something (or Porsche is doing an exceptional job in the camouflage department), I think Aston has won the design exercise.
