One thing the enemy combatants at Gitmo are not suffering from is a lack of legal representation and due process.

There has been legislation passed by congress AND Supreme Court rulings on their behalf. They are more lawyered up than OJ.

To suggest that the terrorists being held at Guantanamo Bay are somehow forgotten, getting a raw deal, hopeless victims of an evil dictator is pure fantasy.

It is better to have been captured on the killing fields of Mesopotamia than to have been caught, say, holding up a liquor store.
