Another dead meth-head. No big loss to the world I'm guessing.

Would you like that "original" or "extra crispy"?

LOL.

Happens weekly here, with varying levels of death/destruction. Someone climbed down into the manhole system and removed the underground phone cabling servicing a large city block. Residents/businesses were without phones for a week. They're going to start welding the manholes shut.

Thieves like that get what they deserve. They are ruining the already decaying infrastructure of the country. In El Aye, they're stealing 100 y/o bronze statues from parks for scrap, along with large amounts of copper from street lights.

Something looks a little odd to me. Not a typical arc flash. I think you'd need 4,160 volts minimum to get that, and you won't find that in an electrical box behind most apartment buildings. Also, look at the burned grass it stops immediately next to the "body" yet there is dry grass clearly in the entire photo. The shoes, as flatsix clearly point out, look pretty good. If he was standing, the shoes are the natural place for the electricity to try and make ground. I'd have expected to see much more severe burning near the ankles as the voltage built up trying to make ground, yet the "body" is evenly burned. E=IR, you know this if you owned an older car. You can sometimes clean the gunk off of a spark plug by pulling the plug wire off and making the spark from the wire to the plug jump. You increase resistance and the voltage goes up. I predict a gag.

Looks like a major "weenie roast" like he was stradiling the bar. I couldn't upload the story, but I'm with Hugh, looks like some "Hollywood Magic'.
