Im trying to store my documents on a network share, (which i can accomplish), but how can i access them when I'm offline. As in windows you can redirect your "My Documents" folder to a network share but still access them when offline. Can this be done on the OS X??
Thanks Reese

Confused.
You can not access a networked device unless you are online. The files that you are accessing while offline under Windows are a copy/duplicate of what is on the share.

Correct,
does OS X support this? I'm trying not use my XP machine in Fusion. But being able to access my documents when im offline is important.

Sounds like Windows has soem kind of "synced" folder setup. I think the closest you'll get is using the iDisk setup that comes with .Mac, but there may be another way that I don't know about.
