My favourites are :

For breaking:

Sawzall - don't know how I ever managed without it!
Mini rotary breaker - nothing drills or breaks concrete as well as this thing.
Breaker bar - breaker, pry bar, nail remover everything in one compact package!

For fixing:

Various metric toolsets (yep, we are a metric country! )
Arcwelder
Pneumatic nailer
Pneumatic stapler

Then:

Porche4life, pardon my ignorance, but what exactly am I looking at here:

Ratcheting box-end wrenches. Closely followed by the breaker bar.

That band saw will cut pipe, bolts, limbs(human kind of course) like butter. Its the stuff and its cordless. My dad wont go on a job without his and he has owned a large array of sawzalls and says this thing is way better

However...it won't cut the back 20 inches off of a 4x4 truck like my beloved sawzall will

And I think the bandsaws are bad for wood products. Dunno if there is a wood blade for it, but it would be a pain to swap bands back and forth. My sawzall? Takes about 30 seconds
