Obviously Hallam is unaware that only 90% of NASCAR actually involves running around on ovals.
The other ten percent is split between drinking beer, pitching beer, and judging wet t-shirt contests. It otta be a hoot for him

You guys would be very surprised by the number of former CART and F1 engineers that are in NASCAR. BTW I am no fan of CRAPCAR but it is an eye opener.
