Mmmm Flinstone Steaks....

When Mamma is away, I turn her chuck roasts into chuck steaks. I call them Flinstone Steaks. This one has marinated overnight in Olive oil, meat tenderizer, Garlic and black pepper.... Yabba Dabba Doooooo!

Not the best cut of meat, but when done right makes for a great steak.. approx 2" thick... I use unseasoned meat tenderizer and no salt...

When I was going to college, I had two acres outta town, and all the guys would pitch in from class and I would buy these up and grill them outside while we drank and had a good time.... Had no french bread this time, but had some ranch potatoes on the side.....

Can anyone spare some Lipitor????
