The condoms are up to #5 in the BCS with no one left to play. Looks like Texas v. USC for all the marbles if Alabama loses.

I don't understand how USC can be ranked higher than Oklahoma State, Tech and Florida. BCS is BS.

LOL
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1224448827.jpg BTW Texas looks pretty darned good. Their offense is incredible, but their defense has a few holes in it. |

Based on performances thus far, I wholly agree with your assessment. Ok State and Tex Tech deserve to be ranked higher than USC based on their records and Florida is simply a better team. Matt: (onewhippedpuppy) Having watched several of the Big 12 games on television, I also need to acknowledge that they look really strong. Not just Texas, but Tech, Ok State, and Mizzou. Both the Big 12 and SEC deserve to have their champions in the #1 BCS game. Unless there is a real melt down by the top contenders, USC does not deserve to be in the Chamionship game. Really, through no fault of their own, they will not face the number of quality teams found in other conferences. So, I doubt USC will make the BCS #1 game this year. If they do, it will just not be right. Finally, I love to root for teams here out West. They are the locals for me after all. But, I have to fully acknowledge (to Matt in particular) that we seem to be WAAAAYYYY outclassed this year. Sincerely, Mike |

Would people still bash them? Probably. |
Under the "IF" department....IF Oregon State wins out the rest of the season, it will be the PAC 10 champ, having whupped USC. Toughest opponent I see on their schedule is the "sitting" Ducks...last opponent of the regular season.
