+1 on the proof thing. I bet the guy didn't even do it.

Doesn't matter. Not good to supress rage. So, if the guy didn't even do it.....well, ship happens (like it did to you). So you feel a little guilty, but that's easier to supress than rage.

The problem with our justice system today is that "proof" is required - better to take the law into your own hands.

Could be, however, that the Porsche guy saw the key mark on your car when he was leaving and was seriously concerned that you knew about it and, if not, seriously hoped you wouldn't think that he did it - oh, that's silly - your suv was inside its space.

So you see the cab next week and key it.

Oops! The guy sees you key his cab (has no idea why; he DETESTS people who vandalize other's vehicles).

Oops! The guy's a martial arts master Kung Holyfreakin Fooey dude with skills approaching those of the legendary RWebb!!

Oops! BAM! (to quote Emeril), you're suddenly taking an imprint of asphalt on your face, with Kung Fooey's knee on the back of your neck while he calmly dials 911 on his cell phone.

Man, THAT would be a double bummer! :(

Unavailable for comment. Some rival of his caught him kicking in the spokes of his wheelchair and put him in the hospital.

RWebb 09-29-2008 03:25 PM

well.... wasn't gonna mention this but... if tapes don't work out; a top forensics lab can analyze their car key to see if traces of your car's paint are on it. called neutron activation.

but you can't afford it...

i dunno if anybody beyond fbi gets to use it anyway

any good pi will be able to find the owner in about 10 minutes tho. then you can go chat - my 1st question would be "say, did you let your son or anybody borrow your cab last xxday?"

"well, the reason i ask is that... i have a porsch myself and i just know that a porsch owner wouldn't do that himself..."

I'm no Holmes but you are being a butt head. Regardless of how you feel, try a nice little lie and tell me you think this sucks and that you will pray for me.

Liberals are always defending those in the wrong, you have been here long enough to know that:rolleyes: Bet the coward will be voting for obama too:p

That's as stupid as saying that Conservatives are always convicting those who they think (but have no proof) are guilty.

It's also stupid to insert stupid political crap into a non-political thread.

Are you now going to call me a racist POS?

What is wrong with you?

Edit: Who here do you see as defending anyone keying a car? Duhh!

Would everyone calm down if me (Cab83) will confess to doing it? Oh, wait, wrong state....I am in California.

+1 on the proof. BTW, I think my uncle keyed my 2-week old car (my very first car). I was never able to prove it.

Shaun @ Tru6 09-29-2008 06:34 PM

It was probably the neighbor who complained about the Stanley Steamer.

Ooops, is Byron in the penalty box, or thrown out permanently?

HA! He'd immediately notice the dropped e and drop u on the spot for being a Porscheposeur (especially if he"s an ardent Kung Fooey dude).

He's probably the first victim of the new rule against posting political crap in the regular OT section. Off with his head!! :p

craigster59 09-29-2008 08:25 PM

Dammitt! And just when he stopped posting all those old "car parts' in the" Random Pictures" thread.

the 09-29-2008 09:07 PM

And cats. Lots of cats. Cat on a Fuchs. Playful cat. Pensive cat. Sleeping cat.
