The bailout that the U.S. government is doing, will that give them a controlling interest in the bank/banks they bail? Or any interest at all? Does it buy the taxpayer shares, or is it just a hand out?

(Which is what I'm sure those with the "connections" to the Treasury Department's $700 billion bailout management team are planning on doing!)
