Leaf Peeping in the White Mountains
Had a great time in New Hampshire this week end. The Kangamangus Highway is one of the most beautiful roads in the northeast. Add to it the fall foliage, temperatures in the high 60's, sunshine, a few natural wonders and you have one awesome weekend. Twisties, twisties and more twisties makes up the KH and Bear Notch Rd. A great time....

Quick flight to Lake Placid today for a ski jumping competition
 Had the P car out yesteray for a short run! Colors are past peak by a week or so.

Great pics, Buck. Bear Notch is a real hoot, as long as you don't get behind the obligatory RV. And it's a great way to avoid the Conway and North Conway traffic.

it's damn leaf peeper season here in my hometown and it is absolutely crazy!!! our town is about 2 miles long on a single two way street. traffic is backed up for about 8 miles daily.......it sucks cause all i want is to get to the damn grocery store for milk but ..........yes the leaves are beutifull i work at the epicenter of it all at mohonk mountain house

Beautiful! Very inspirational pics, thanks for posting theme!
I canīt believe how fine the pavement surface looks on those roads. We have so much pot holes and the road surface is so crude its ridiculous.

its ridiculus i try to drive and everyone just stops in the middle of the road to look at the tree's i was driving home and this suv just stops and people get out to look at trees but they are still in the middle of the road!!!!!!! people always double park on the mainstreet..........i swear they are like the plauge...... best family guy episod is when the leaf peepers come to town it's hilarious and true...
