C H I L I D O G S ! ! ! ! Thank you targa911S!!!!

So I see in David's (targa911S) avatar area something about chili dog capital of the world and one thing leads to another and he's over-nighted me enough chili for all of Paris Hilton's "lost" dogs.

Run to the store, get some dogs, cheese, onions, buns and beer, fire up the George Forman grill, and here are the results.

WOW, this has to be the best chili for chili dogs I've ever had, and that includes Guida's in Middlefield, CT. It's sweet and savory, perfect consistency.

What's even more amazing is the man went out of his way to send me this chili and then tells me it's his treat.

Truly a class act! thank you David, I'm going back for 2 more. And when I start doing adult shirts, you'll be one of the first to get them.

Well Shaun, I'm glad you liked it. I had a couple in your honor tonight with Emma. Those look PERFECT! It was my pleasure to turn you on to this batch, but as any good drug dealer will tell you, "The first taste is on me". You'll be back, you'll be back. Just wait. Right around game 6, when you are out, you will be calling me for a fix. That's when I'll getcha!

Glad you enjoyed it. Anytime.

Now try it with cheese over a bunch of french fries. Get out the fork...

Hey, what are the last numbers on your VIN on your S? Mine was #111 but it was a 70. Same car really. I sure miss the sound of a 2.2 MFI at about 6000 rpm.

And they were perfect, perfectly, incredibly great. LOL, yes, I'll be back, no question about that! these are the food equivalent to an early S motor at 7000. My car is 394, so late in production in 69.

Thanks so much again David!!!

peasant cut provides a nice counterbalance in texture and explosions of flavor.

The secret to Hot Dog Chili is a touch of Cinnamon and sugar in the Chili. After cooking the ground beef it should be put through a food processor to make it into a fine consistency.
