Is your family "Wife Swap" material?

We aren't.

We are boring and would not make good television.

Basically, I go to work, come home, and we spend time with the kids. I do the yardwork and keep the vehicles clean and running good. My wife stays home with the kids and takes care of the house. My only vices are the 911 and of course, Pelican.

Would your family/wife make a good episode of "Wife Swap"?

lubemaster-----I'm referring to the G-rated show on ABC, ya maniac!!!

Yep. It usually ends with one or both families learning something about themselves.

Of course, the producers pick the most opposite families that could possibly be out there.

I particularly enjoy the episodes where they swap a babe for a wart-hog (sow, bush-pig, etc.). You can almost see the "other" husband thinking hard/calculating on what he must do to keep the new wife.

Yes, but you or your spouse must be a nutcase/dysfunctional, etc.

Send pics, I'll let you know.

Yup! Only because we are so different. It would make for a funny episode - I would prolly want to backdoor my swap wife and get kicked off the show!

The expression on that kids face at 4:00 in that video is hilarious.

Man, this one's going to come back to haunt you in one of those "best quotes out of context" threads!

One of the couples that were on last week were from where I live.
The lobsterman.
They were filming at work - I asked the Cali blond what I would have to swap to have her stay with me for a week - but it was cut.

I also told my friends and folks to watch in case I was on.

Never had seen that show before - and wish I had not wasted the hour I did watch.
Had to call them all back and apologize.

My 19 yo daughter and 17 yo son have both watched that show and thanked both my wife and I for being "normal". I guess we don't qualify either.
