I'd buy about $350M worth of ranch land, in Texas, Wyoming, or Montana, somewheres like that, and start a horse and cattle ranch. I'd probably plant a ton of stuff too. I'd raise horses and ride rodeo, and not have to worry about winning to pay my travel expenses. I'd also hire a team of the best lawyers on the planet (borrow the Nazgul from IBM?:)) to make sure my land could never be developed.

I'd ride the range, rope steers and ride broncs and bulls all day. And I'd hire Guilherme Marchi to give me riding tips. And sponsor a rodeo school for youths who want to ride but can't afford it. It'd be free. With instruction by Mike Lee, Mike White, Andreas Morales, Justin McBride and other notables. Hell yes.
