Tracing Cellphone Numbers
Anyone have any insight on the best way to trace a cellphone number in order to find out the name and address of a particular subscriber???
I know there are legal and privacy issues, but my question goes more to the mechanics of doing this—rather than these collateral issues.

Did you enter it in Google? I'm amazed at how many times that a number has been posted somewhere on the web... classified ad, church bulletin, etc.
