Miles Mathis, the owner of the website you cite, is an artist who seems to dabble in physics. Besides an entirely new explanation of tides, his voluminous dabblings have led to the development of a unified field theory, proof that the ether does exist, and the discovery that pi actually equals 4. He has dozens of other papers disproving everyone from Newton to Einstein. Why am I skeptical?
