Seems so - I like the fact that he took time to offer up his resume - the formal tone it takes - the fact that it is addressed to me in-specifically - and WOW! even the direct contact info. I guess I'm an insider now.

is there anyway to take the e-mail address and set up a flurry of 10MM e-mails and overload their systme? Years ago you could do a fax bomb and melt a fax by faxing an endless loop to a fax you wanted to melt (3 peices of paper, all black, taped together). Anyway to do that here?

But, wouldn`t you be melting your own fax by sending the loop at the same time? For computers, I can imagine how a smart program could burn a processor by running a processor intensive application and turn the fan off while doing it....

Well, yes, it's not that hard to email bomb someone. the problem is that you wouldn't really be bombing a specific guy, you'd be bombing the gmail servers.

I think Mike's method overheats faxes by the printing, not the processing.

Yep. The best you can do is forward the email with full header to abuse@gmail.com
Might even forward it to FBI as they tend to frown upon folks impersonating Gov't agencies.
