Advantage ZIL, as you can mince the looters after you crush them. I'm looking for one of these:

After the apocalypse, it might be tough to find a mechanic. Best to stick with a Toyota.

.... or tough to find fuel, a nuclear-shielded facility or food. Watching Mad Max frequently doesn't predict the reality of armegeddon.
