I was refered to a urologist when I had an issue and damned if the Doc didn't turn out to be a woman; a young, blonde, very good looking woman.
The first thing she told me was that I had to stop masturbating. Shocked, I asked why? She said "Because I'm trying to examine you". |
If you feel two hands on your back during the exam...get out.

Prostate problems
I'm not a doctor but I have been there, prostate cancer 4 1/2 years ago. I also watched a good friend die from it and it was not a good way to go. You probably do not have anything wrong but GET CHECKED. My PSA had started going up but it wasn't real high something like 6 (don't remember) and the doc. did the middle finger lots of times but nothing showed up. Had 12 bioposeys done 2 different times - that is no fun. Took the different prescriptions to make it easier to go, nothing worked. Doc. did a Turp operation ( the old slang name was roto rooter) and found cancer in the process. Had the thing cut out and I have been great for these 4 1/2 years, no sign of cancer.
All I'm saying to all of you get checked and stay on top of it. |
I went to get an exam as I'm a 3 pee a nighter.
And I really DID NOT KNOW what the examination entailed. You can image the suprise I got when the doc said he was going to examine me from behind and then what happened next. God God man I would never treat a female like that, not until I bought her a few drinks and told her a few times what a nice ass she's got. |
Best thrill I ever had was the finger up the @ss.
Anyway PSA...yes every year...why not at 40? They also have done a long term study in Scandinavia and are replicating it in the USA...That men who take Vitamin E for longer then a 10 year period have a 35% reduction in Prostrate Cancer.... Can not hurt and the benfits might well be life saving. Also I have noticed that by taking Vitamin E that I have not had a cold or flu in many years. Before it was about twice a year that I would catch a cold. Peeing since I was a teenager has been getting up once a night to go...however right beofre bed I usually take a drink of water.. In the desert one dehydrates just sitting in the house as the humidity is so low that mositure is sucked right out of your....I could think of another way but that is for another topic. |

From what I have heard getting up to pee in the night is normal with getting older. But I am not a doc. You should ask your family physician next time you go in.
|
BTW, what foods contain vitamin E? I haven't had the flu in a good five years, catch cold maybe once every two-three years, never broke anything, never had stitches. I feel like I've been too lucky for too long.

Get a female doctor. I like mine. Not only are her fingers thinner but somehow it just feels more right for a chick to have her finger up your a$$ than some guy. Get a PSA test. I'm 58 and I get up only once a night unless I drink a lot of water in the evening. They will probably talk you into a colonoscopy while they are at it.

A colonoscopy at 37?

With the used car salesman of a dentist I just got, I'm going to Joeaksa for a referral of a trustworthy local doctor this time.
|
Rick, get checked. Won't hurt (no pun). If all is well, go back in 5 years. What you are telling us is fairly normal. It also has a lot to do with what you eat and so on. Just go do the test.

Yes. Go for it. You cannot get one of these too soon. |

almonds and like that, not testicles, lot of fat in nuts, might be better off taking supplement. I don't take vitamins, and I have only been sick3 times in the last 20 years. Food poisoning in college, and last April, stomach virus from my grandson a few months ago. Oh yeah, got sick 15 years ago the only time I ever got the flu shot 37 is pretty young for prostate problems. Had a patient in Texas that had prostate ca, metastases to his pelvis, had to see him at the house because it hurt him too much to move, even on a TON of morphine. If you have any family history at all of intestinal problems, polyps, diverticulitis etc, you are going to want to get colonoscopy or flexible sigmoidoscopy soon. I think they recommend 35 yo then every 5 years, maybe start at 40. Holy crap, I just agreed with Dottore, I guess that crazy guy I saw yesterday with the end of the world sign was right, it is coming |
