Garage
Where can I find this just in bulk?

I am looking to find this stuff a bit cheaper. Anyone know a good source?

No that is for the door I need the seal for the floor up to the door not the other way around. it blocks the snow from coming in under the door seal

I did a google search for "garage door threshold seal".

The second hit had 100' roll at $275. So that's a buck a foot cheaper. I suspect more more searching on the internet, you might find it cheaper.

You might want to toss "wholesale" into the search, and also substitute "storm shield" in there somewhere.

how thick (tall) do you need?

McMC has adhesive backed polyurethane foam 2"x3/16"x100' for $18.85.

Lots of possibilities under their 'raws materials'
