I do product development for a financial services company, my background is in technology and three years ago I was coding for the same financial services company full time. Lots of information architecture and customer experience work as well.

I'm retired...so I do pretty much what I feel like doing. Unless, of course, Cindy has something she wants me to do.

First a fiberglass laminator and shop foreman. Then a painting contractor followed by general contractor. After a few years of employee and sub contractor babysitting, I became simply a self employed, lone wolf finish carpenter and did 80% doors and windows, 20% the rest of the game. Half of that was on historic houses. That's about over now with the economy, but I did it for the better part of 22 years for a total of 38 yrs. in the trades (plus the FG work).

Now I'm a second year welding student looking for any metal work on the side. Oh, my Social Security benefits start at the end of the year, so I guess officially, I'm retired.

Self employed auto mechanic, mostly german cars, but will fix whatever comes in the door. Been dabbling in the landlord buisness. Shop is doing good, so I have been putting a ton of extra effort into the landlord thing, trying to grow this over the next couple of years

We only go around once.

Pool contractor at this time. I quit trying for the town drunk and village idiot positions since there's always a long line of over qualified applicants ahead of me. training for years to be a social outcast, but the better I get at it, the harder it is to get interviews
