Right now, in a undisclosed hospital somewhere on this planet, a woman is giving birth to my next wife.

I cringe when I see them together. But i keep my mouth shut.
She really looks like she's 14.

I'd cringe too; just before my bat hit his knee caps! ;)

Rammstein,

I am not the one driving this (no pun intended) but one is a girl I have known for while and it just evolved. She lives overseas and we see each other 4-5 times a year.

Second one is a pilot and lives a couple of states away so see her more often. I just wanted to be friends but she flipped it a while ago. She just wants a FWB who is not a kid and I am helping her a bit in her career as well.

Would much rather find a late 30's or early 40's lady and get married but its not happened yet. Until then will just have to enjoy life as it is.

PICTURES!!! Joe, PICTURES!!!

Best,

Tom

I know a man who is 75, a really great guy...who is 'living with' a woman who is probably 50 or so but looks 40....she is really quite hot.

They have been living together happily for 20 years. His original woman was his wife of 27 years who died of cancer...

Today he told me his new woman just booked a cosmetics commercial, one of those "im really __ type deals"... she is stunning and they are happy.

As for myself, I never had plans to marry before 40.... and as I get closer to it, i have to be honest that finding single women, who do not have a bunch of baggage, exs or kids in the 35-40 is tough....
My good friend who is my age has been with a 41 year old for several years. She has a couple kids from her previous marriage... and she now has been steralized so she cant have kids. They loved each other but all of the issues with her kids, which are real problems...the ex husband who is a dik etc. have taken their toll and they recently split up.

My dad was 12 years older than my mom btw... its not a big deal unless you make it a big deal between you.

Hey big boy,

Always had a thing about someone in uniform! :) Problem is you are the wrong sex!

Tom,

Here is the only one that she will let me post. She looks a LOT better from the front!

Crash,

A pre-nup might be nice but if you do not own anything yourself, they cannot take it from you! A trust takes care of things very nicely.

A buddy of mine use to say, his wife will be so young, she hasn't been born yet:D

My dad kept saying when my mom turned 40 he was trading in for 2 20s. He was kidding but its not a bad philosophy if you can swing it.

OP… If it feels right…just do it, no need to explain to anyone.
There is no guarantee you will wake tomorrow morning, just live life to it’s fullest!

My last GF was 20. I was 37. Was nice, only lasted 6 months. But it was fun. New girl is 24, I'm 38. It's not a looking for a daddy situation. She is a daddy's girl. I hang with the family too. They are my brothers and sisters age. 49, 43. I don't have any problems. Neither does she. We get along, and that is all that matters. I think it's about the situation I'm in. I work in the music industry so I meet only younger girls. The one I'm dating now is a banker for Silicon Valley Bank. Smart as a whip. She likes classical, I like rap/punk. Our connection? She likes fishing, golfing, cars (she's into old cadillacs) beer, chewing tobacco, and the stock market. Wow. What a girl.

Isn't that what Hefner just did? And twins no less...felons!

Oh, but hey, they weren't 20...19 each.

That's great unless you're a >40 year old woman.

Your post sounds exactly as if it were from my best friend - right down to the age of each person. He rationalized how she was "an old soul" and you would never guess she was only 22 (2 years ago). When I first met her, I thought she was his 16 year old son's girlfriend. I was in shock.

At 1st it was great - each of them gravitating towards an emotional mid point. He acting the fool at concerts and she politely sipping red wine with the adults. Eventually, they had to settle into who they really were.

They are still together, but the not all is well. I give it another 2 years because they are both decent people who really like each other, but there is nothing there to solidify a relationship long term. She is starting her life, and he's talking early retirement. He has kids and wants no more, she wants kids. Her friends and his friends don't mix (it's intolerable conversing with them - they are SO young!).

Granted, your situation is different - you're not leaving one family to shag a young hottie and you want kids - that helps. But, the emotional age difference has got to be there still. I wouldn't commit to anything for at least 3 years.
