How many of those exist in the world? If the russians are using them, you could wait for the meltdown or explosion and buy theirs cheap.

If only it was that easy! :) At this point, there is a grand total of one of these. This is a one-of-a-kind facility. And this IRP is only one item - we have lots of stuff like this.
