Chinese and Federal Ordnance M14s going for $1200+ on Gunbroker
What is WRONG with the world? I know the "cheap" Springfield M1As are going for a minimum of $1500, but who would buy a high serial number Federal Ordnance.
Geez, I need to scrape together $2500 and get a serious LRB M25...

The biggest gun show of the year was here this past weekend. I didn't even bother. The stories of ridiculous prices are just too many. $400 for stripped AR lower receivers! Sure am glad I got my last one for $79 two weeks ago. $1000 for Romanian AK's.

I wish I had picked up my M14 a few months ago. $1275 shipped for a used Springfield was bad enough...
