out of state gun purchase questions??

well tiz the season to kick the economy in the ass and i seem to be a one man show. since i have burnt out on cars due to insane werkload at werk, i have decided to enhance my gun safes with and HK P9S in .45 caliber. look up hk p9s if ya dont know what it is.

still used suppressed by specops teams despite its age. first polymer pistol ever made, sorry glock fans, hk was and still is on cutting techno edge of thangs.

delayed roller blowback system same as hk g-3/hk 91/93/94....so im damn familiar with them after 30 years of owning hk's.

damn accurate if not scarey accurate. compact ccw carry will be its life mission.

this particular find is out of state. good deal, probably will have to have refinished from holster wear and use over years, by my buddy at rdts.com. he can finish in exact hk factory color.

how do i send funds safely? today im notifying local ffl i got to know from ammo purchases, that this will be coming his way.

does seller receive my funds then just ship to ffl?

how do i know this guy aint gonna burn me? isnt burning someone re: firearms(stealing funds) like a real bad firearms felony????

all insight appreciated, hell i wish i could go into store and just cash and carry but these have become rare and prices are hitting the roof now a days.

plus i just WANT THE DAMN THANG............NOW! CUZ I CAN!

just wanna know how i go about this. have never done before over internet.

Is it on a firearm auction/sale website? If so, I get a gun a week that someone has ordered. Nobody has failed to receive the gun. And I can only think of two that were returned because they weren't happy with the condition. Last pistol received was several weeks late (seller said he was out of the country) but he comped the buyer two extra magazines and a holster.

no this isnt gunbroker or gunsamerica. found it thru a web of a web of a web of a friend of a friend. one of those. guy responded with pics. seems to be exactly what i want.

wants usps money order or my personal check(on approved funds) and then will send to my ffl. doesnt seem fishy at all but im just being the regular CYA kind of guy.

hes out of nebraska which is kind of close to arizona in the big picture.

25 bucks shipping 25 bucks ffl guy 850 for gun= 900 bucks.

im just being cautious since i have always bought over counter with my ccw.

I've always sent funds as a postal MO along wiht the ink-signed FFL from my transferring dealer.

There is some tracking on PMOs, and you can always file a mail fraud complaint if needed.

perfect. mail fraud.............that ought to get him 5 years if he pulls any crap. at 8am az. time im contacting my ffl guy here in scottsdale az. making him aware of transfer. that way i hope theres no funny bizness.

i am really foaming at the mouth over this juan. man i have been in perpetual drool factor mode for years. cant wait to rip it apart and CLEAN IT!

put it all back together and SHOOT IT! w/federal 230 gr hydrashoks and some crap GI nato ammo. and (2) cci snake rounds. why the snake rounds? because if a weapon will cycle aluminum light weight low powder charge rounds it will EAT ANYTHING!

and it will tell me if we have to do a lil ramp werk. ie. polish here and there like lil german elves do so well. anal retentive werks fer me!
