				RSMeans construction Data

I need access to an RS means Construction/Estimating book from the late 1980's to early 90's. Does anyone happen to have one?

Residential or commercial? I have several old ones at home - might have the vintage you need.

I have another company's version. What specifically are you looking for? Cliff, are you thinking "green sheet?" Not the same. | ||

Send me a PM and I'll look this stuff up for you. It will be regionally adjusted so I'll give you the book value and the NJ factor. I think my material is 1993.

Green book is the Public Works Standards. I don't think this is what you are looking for as it does not contain cost related data.

Try your public library. I know our main library keeps the old RS Means and Building Codes.

This is what I found on my bookshelf at home - the right one is '98 (probably too recent). The green one is (c) 1983 and explains general methods but doesn't have much in the way of specific assembly prices. I think I've got a few others down in the garage in boxes (I've got tons of older stuff, drafting equipment, etc.) I'll take a look later if I can... Gotta' clean up down there anyway soon.
