"Tonight on Top Gear"

New series started earlier tonight on the good old BBC. The first episode is apparently on Final gear, ready for down loading.

Quick over view....

LP560-4 v GT2 (Actually you don't get to see much of the GT2)

Star in a reasonably priced car (Yawn)

Mucking about with large trucks, quite amusing.

Not a ton of car content, but utterly hilarious nonetheless. Great ep.

www.finalgear.com is the best place for Top Gear and Fifth Gear shows.

"The GT2 is just a squashed Volkswagon beetle with a wing on the back"

Well at least the guy doesn't hold back.

I'm mad that they never told us the GT2 lap time, but I suspect that may be because Porsche didn't let them run a lap. Or, the GT2 beat the Lambo around the track and Clarkson was wrong, which is what I am hoping.

The GT2 beat the Lambo, no doubt. That's why Clarkson held back on the time. Did you also catch the shirt change just after they finished that segment?

Hammond: "Nice shirt, did you lose a bet?"

While I would liked to have seen the time, it's all about Clarkson's passionate "hatred" of Porsche. Which typically serves as an offhand compliment, which I think is intentional.

You have to use a torrent client in order to download it (I use bit torrent). Once you download the torrent client, you simply click on the series of links that finalgear takes you through, the episode will start downloading

Yup, what Garrett said. You have to download a torrent client onto your computer, personally I use microtorrent (uTorrent). On Final Gear you click on the episode you're interested in, then click "Go get a torrent for this episode". You have to ok a series of boxes, then your torrent client should start and the download will begin.

Jeremy

seems as though Jeremy might have upset some people when he referenced truck drivers and killing prostitutes.

wonder when he'll allow the GT2 run time to be announced - he certanly was smoking the tires on it but obviously , as he dislikes Porsches, he was more into the lambo...
