Mario Kart Wii

Anyone play?

I was playing a Z-man in worldwide battle and it occurred to me we might have some players on here...

Definitely a Mario Kart household, my 3 year-old loves it. Her steering is not quite there yet though. Wiis are a highly effective way of making time pass quickly.

We should add each other to the friends list and see if we can't do some racing.

My numbers are:
Spencer: 4638-9538-5989
Mad Mike:1375-7789-5770 & 0344-9866-9999
April: 3050-8161-9077

Most of the time playing as Spencer. He has all the tracks and upgrades to choose from.

Mike

That game is friggin awesome. I'm still busy unlocking stuff and haven't set up the Wii for my network yet though. Is the gamecube controller better with this game? I hear mixed things about which controller to use.

I even have a "grand mama" character. Old and wrinkled, Grey hair...she kick's some serious butt! I laugh hard when the "Mr.Cool" with his shades and goatee, get worked by Grand Mama!

We only play WFC once and a while, I am still focused on getting "Spencer" unlocked on all the cc's. Completed all 100 cc today, when I should of been working. Not that I did them all today, just unlocked the last two tracks and finished first on leaf and lighting bolt.

Spencer now has his one Mii on the track! Pretty cool.

We should hook up and see who has what for Wii.

My veteran 12 yo son has played gamecube and wii and really likes the wii controller for mk. If you want, you can always plug the gamecube controllers in the wii and use them.

I need to post my friend codes...when I get back home.

I prefer the controller and nunchuk. You can do tricks while turning easier, which is difficult with either the Game Cube controller or the wheel. (It's just plain hard to do tricks with the wheel IMO.)

Subscribed. I need to figure out how to network the thing. I've unlocked all the tracks in a frenzy of good driving months back.

Just bought it for my son for Christmas along with a Wii and several other games, haven't gotten to play it much as we immediately left town. He's already pretty good at it though. Does the Wii have WiFi built in?

Heh heh. Bought it for your son, huh? I got a copy for my brother-in-law, and an extra Nerf wheel for my sister this Christmas. Figured the two newlyweds could bond by playing it together. She immediately accused me of buying the steering wheel for myself.

I have a 4-year old son, he's at the wonderful age where I can buy toys for him that are really for me. We also bought him a hunting game that's too hard for even me, Pitfall (looks cool but haven't tried it), and NCAA Football 2009 (100% for me).

Ha Ha, that's what my sister-in-law or wife would say. Must be a women thing.

The Kawasaki Snowmobile game my brother bought us is hard as hell. The other racers will sandbag a bit to let you catch up though.
