I agree; dumb name.

But if he has gorgeous waitresses and serves good food, he'll likely do well.
That is one tough business! Just a proper kitchen is over $1Million fyi.

I've built several restaurants over the years; I'd say its a given you MUST have good food, but the service is the make/break factor.
