Why I usually tie up my hair while driving

I love to drive with the window down. This is what happens when my hair is not in a ponytail. It's no big deal, unless I forget to gather it up and hold it while I put the window up - which I have, of course, done. OUCH!

porsche hair out the window

I have the same problem, but with longer hair . It also gets caught up in the seat belt, where it attaches to the pillar. I just don't usually drive around, taking pictures of myself.

I used to have the hair in the eyes problem. Now I shave my head. It's very liberating, but may not be for everyone.

Yeah, I do the do-rag sometimes also.

My hair is a good bit longer than the front part that got loose in that pic. And I was ineligible to donate my hair to Locks of Love because my hair was colored. WAS. Obviously I'm letting my real hair color grow in(white - like my car) . Once all the treated hair grows out, I can try again.

In the meantime, these 3" roots are KILLIN me. Tough transition, but it was time. I got my priorities in order, and the $$$ I used to spend at the salon is now going to my car.
