I don't believe that is Madonna (Madonna Louise Ciccone Ritchie). It is a nude photograph of the photographer's squeeze which is sometimes referred to as a madonna.

I didn't click the thumbnail (at work) so I didn't get a good look at the face, but that does look like the photos of madonna when she was in playboy. She had dark hair and similar boobs.

I had the Penthouse issue in which those pics were first published. The centerfold spread in that same issue were the first published nude pics of Venessa Williams taken before she won Miss America (and caused them to take away the title). Some a-hole stole it from my apt.
