Running some new wire in the attic. If I wire it wrong, I might be cooking. Odds here are 50/50 I fall through ceiling at some point. I'll probably tivo the game to watch the commercials later.

Very Economical Meal

Simmer for 2 hours, before the final roast
This 2.5 pound pork shoulder cost $5.21
Probably would serve 6 people with other side dishes

We're throwing a little party.

We're making some hot wings, some nachos (beef and vegetarian), and some vegetable trays.

Buffalo Wings, Chili over Fritos, with a little chedder and Sour cream on it. MMMMMM. It's just us two so no sense in a big spread, just some football comfort food.

Put a Pork Butt Roast in a Crock Pot wt a few cloves of Garlic, salt and a bit of Cumin powder...low for 12 hours ought to do it...

Can put a Pork Roast in a Dutch Oven on stove or in oven and get same results.

Serve with Pico De Gallieo

3 or 4 Tomatoes chopped
4 or 5 Jalepeno Peppers seeded and chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1 Bunch of Cillantro Chopped
2 or 3 Table Spoons of Vegitable Oil
Salt to taste..

Mix together...let sit for ahh about 5 seconds before devoring...

That sounds good but I like the final roast which adds a nice crust/carmelization to the meat, lots of garlic salt,

looks very good.
however, i would use something other than plain water to simmer.
tomato juice, orange juice, or beer. you might even try coca cola, or dr. pepper.
