So i'm driving in the city, wide street, where you can do 50kph

I don't speed within city limits anyway, it just ain't worth it. To easy to get a ticket , to unsafe with all the other traffic and pedestrians...Especially in that area, where there are several schools.
Suddenly some Volvo is coming up from behind, fast, he cannot over take, so he's right up my tail...
I stick to 50 kph.

Just as i approach the roundabout i overtake a kid on a bike, on the bike path...
So this kid could go either to the right, like me (no problem) or he can go straight across over the roundabout,in which case if i don't brake, i would essentially cut off the kid.
It wasn't really a case of me running over the kid, but it would be up to the kid if he slams in my door or if he brakes, he wasn't going to fast, but anyway...

So i stop, to make sure, the kid goes to the right, and the Volvo douchebag starts honking , flashing his lights, flipping the birds and the whole shebang
I point to the kid, he doesn't get it.

I had passed the opposite direction half an hour earlier, and i know the 5.0 was in position with the Multinova Radar and that flashing thingie... unmarked car..
Bonehead behind me is still honking, cops are 300 meter away... there is hardly any traffic, but he can't really overtake because of bad visibility ahead, turn and what not...

I proceed at 48kph, pisses him off even more , he gave up honking but he's about to blow a gasket , he's red in the face, i can see him cursing and swearing...

50 meters to the cop car, i let off the gas a bit, to 47kph, which is enough for him to have to slam his brakes as he was still tailgating me at maybe 1.5 meters...

Now the road is straight, no traffic, he gun's it and overtakes me with all the might his Volvo had.

I'm sure he must have been doing 100 by the time the Multinova got a fix on him, and the flashy thingy did what it was supposed to do.

beautiful

Perfect - love it! I hate those effing pr1cks that tailgate. Most of them are just clueless to what is happening around them.

Or it could have been someone who was trying to save a patient's life.

not a chance, he would have put his hazard lights on, sunglasses off, and not have flipped me off
and he would not have tailgated me at 50kph for 500 meters without other signs of emergency before the roundabout.
