Been on 7 for sure, 10 I think, and I think 5 as well.

Ive also been on roads in South America that put all those to shame...

I bet Miami is a lot worse than #10. The things I see here boggle the mind. I think half the accidents go unreported. Plus, I wonder how these stats are generated? Are they per miles driven, or an absolute value? I have a hard time believing other places are worse.

Really surprised I40 in OK is not on that list. We have multiple deaths a month every month on I40 within 50 miles of my home.

(#1) I-15 San Bernardino and (#6) I-15 Nevada are the same road taken from Los Angeles/Orange County/San Diego/Riverside/ etc etc. to/from Las Vegas. Very heavily traveled at all hours day and night.

If the criteria were ignorance & stupidity, I would add:

• Route 9 in Mass (in fact anything around Boston – Mass Pike & 93)
• 401 in Toronto
• Beltway & inside in DC
• 95 in Florida – Miami to north of West Palm
• the 5 in LA from the valley south to Orange
• 85 in Atlanta from loop to 20
• 4 into Tampa & joining with 275 to the causeway

Seriously, this is the sketchiest road I have ever driven on. If I am tired I won't even drive it- you have to be on your game bigtime.

Anyone down here knows what a Miami lane change is- people jump 5-6 lanes in one move. Scary when everyone is going 85+.

We're Number 1! Wow, I drive all those routes. Darn is California something or what, we succeed at killing people!
