Cheap web hosting suggestion

A friend of mine is looking to create a small website for his property management business. It'll be about 10 pages. He wants a couple email addresses that would forward to existing accounts elsewhere.

Any recommendations? I told him godaddy because I like the Danica Patrick commercials, but wanted to give a better reason for a recommendation!

I recently used godaddy for a small site. Its cheap. But I found it their managment software was pretty clunky. Its irritating that they are trying to upsell you on features at literally every set of the way. Often the stuff they are trying to sell you is totally unnessecary.

goDaddy for the hosting and domain name; but don't use their tools imo.

They'll give your buddy exactly what you asked for.
I do this all the time, it's very cheap; about $30/year to set up a website.
If I have a special project like a resort or sub-div I'll set up a domain and website for the clients, they FREAK about the service as most web guys are charging thousands for this service..... Realtor 'eh? who da thunk?

Don't hesitate to use their 1-800 help line either, they are very helpful there. 1,2,3.... easy

I also use hostgator for a number of sites...

Motion has a company that puts up template driven websites for RE property managers...

I use godaddy to pick up my URLs, but to host them, I use webonce.com. Webonce can be simple to use, but it is very powerful. It runs me $14.95 per month, but I can host 50 or so sites on it at that price. I believe they have cheaper solutions as well.
