ac line internet
Anyone have any experience with ac line networking. I'm talking about the home plug products.

Being using that for at least 5 years...
I've had those bricks in 5 rooms (3 computers, one base station and Vonage), and 2 of them started dropping connections after a couple of years and getting too hot (they work again after cooling down). The other 3 have been perfect all that time. So it's not 100% perfect, and speed is not as high as pure ethernet cables, but it's a pretty nice alternative to having more wireless **** flying through your body or ethernet cables all over... I'm happy with it overall. |

Netgear - old stuff now: XE102 power bricks - they surely have improved them since....But it's still working for me !
