Good guesses. It is a 1990 Miata with a supercharger. It is skinned in aftermarket mustang panels.

Miata have lots of weird body kits and mods.
       There are more besides these.

Wow, some of those are really cool. I especially like the garnet red one that has Morgan, xk140 styling.
