If you could get paintballs filled with pepper spray that would actually be quite useful.

Or one of those nasty organic compounds that they don't let you play with in school.

Pepper spray you could get away with (or at least face minimal misdemeanor charges).

Anything more and i think that the gestapo would not be pleased at all.

Love it.

Tip: Frozen paintballs hurt like a mutha.

Tip #2: You can get gobstoppers the same "caliber" as paintballs - those are pretty dangerous at high velocity though (don't ask how I know this).

There used to be a company in Wheeler IL called Airgun Designs (still around but I think it got sold to a new owner). The previous company's founder was contracted for for Fabrique National as well as had this paintball company. They actually produced special paintballs filled with irritant for crowd control uses, but they could only be fired from a special FN paintball-type gun I think. They were .68 and rounded and made just like paintballs but had rifling in them.

The same company, AGD, made the Automag line of markers. This included the Automag RT which could do around 34 balls per second- by itself. They were a pretty innovative company, they also invented the 'warp feed' if youve ever seen one of those you know how awesome they are..

I know a guy who put training dummy M18's along his yard until the city made him take them out. NOBODY ever bothered him.

Challenge park used to have a four-barrel version of one of those made out of four AutoMags.

I used to be huge into the paintball scene. It seems like it reached its peak in '99-'04, about the time I was involved. I still have an Autococker and a Bushmaster BTO packed away, but I rarely get out to play anymore.

Worst paintball moments:

I was crawling to a bunker while a friend was providing cover fire. He had a paintball break in his barrel. The slime from the broken paintball gave the next shot fired and unpredictable tragectory. He hit me right in the butthole. I was out, and sore.

Getting hit in the throat.

Getting hit in the facemask in the mouth. The mask acts as a strainer and the goo continues into your open mouth. Paintballs have a gelatin shell with a fish oil/food coloring filler. Some colors (like red and orange) use iodine too. Some manufacturers use soap in the mix. I got hit with one in this manner that contained soap. I couldn't get that taste out of my mouth for hours, no matter how much beer I drank...

So you were getting it in both ends? What position where you in to get it in the butthole? Usually the cheeks have got to be spread for that. You sure you guys weren't alone in the woods for that "game"?

Just way too much weirdness in your post.

I was crawling on the ground flat on my stomach. I think at the exact moment I got hit, I had one leg trailing behind me and one to the side.

Something like this:

Worst hit I ever had was in the back of my hand, on the top opposite of palm. Skin it really thin there and I wasn't wearing gloves.

I used to love it so much. It really is an amazing sport. I wish I lived near a nice field where there were a lot of players, I would get back into it. I still have my Automag 68 and a Spyder Imagine, before the BPS cap.
