I don't blame the guy. Would you live in Juarez if you could live in El Paso instead? The police in Mexico are totally corrupt and cannot be trusted. I'm surprised this mayor doesn't just quit his job and stay in TX. Aside from the cartel violence, Juarez has some very serious serial killers. They've had up to 75 murders in a single weekend there. I've been there twice and have no desire to go back.

I agree, but does anyone except the serial killers and drug cartels love that town. Even the innocent folks probably just can't afford to leave.
