A Sad End

Three weeks ago, the father of two LeRoy boys failed to show up for handover of the kids to the wife's family at the local police station.

I think this story got some national media attention. Now it's over in the worst way possible.

BLOOMINGTON -- The McLean County sheriff's department and members of the task force working to find two missing LeRoy boys are in Putnam County Monday, where the bodies of the children and their father were found Sunday.

Putnam County sheriff's police responded to a call of a suspicous vehicle around 5 p.m. Sunday. The bodies of Jack and Duncan Connolly were found in the back seat of the car.

The body of the boys' father, Michael Connolly, was found about 60 feet west of the vehicle.

Autopsies were scheduled for 1 p.m. today in McLean County.

The car was found in a secluded remote area of the county.

A press conference is scheduled for 4 p.m. today at the McLean County Sheriff's office.

You know, I'm just about sick of this f'in world and the fuch-ups in it.

May those little boys rest in peace. may their father rot in hell.

I hope the cops that found them kicked the dad in balls. I would.

Just for an interesting comparison, a woman in Ontario ( Canada ) had murdered her young son as a result of a custody dispute. It made page 12 in the news paper, no coverage on TV.
If it were a man that committed the same crime......

I read earlier today a man in Calgary was arrested after casino security found his 21 month old son alone in the car in -8C weather, having vomited all over himself. (not trying to start an Ontario/Alberta spat, just coincidence my post came after yours )

I've got 2 beautiful little girls that I adore and I just can't fathom being neglectful, much less murderous. It's just simply beyond my comprehension.
