That's the kicker, 5 years ago I would have no doubt that it was a fake/act but now I have a actually met douchebags in sales nearing this guy.....so now I'm not so sure.

Wow. It took him 25 years to design that business card.

"It won't fit in a Rolodex, because it doesn't belong in a Rolodex."

I know where it belongs.

Oh yeah, and WTH is a "Rolodex"?

I love the "pop up" part of the card. Surprised he does not have a memory chip in the card that plays a jingle.

Douchebag, and the sad part is that he may well be "successful". He actually takes himself seriously.

You can tell after about five seconds that this guy MUST be in sales... Probably real estate sales.

Wow.

The guy in the first vid makes some valid points. OTT, for sure, but most cards ARE crap. I should scan some of mine in. Oh, they will fit in a Rolodex, but I had someone tell me to make the cards just bigger than standard. I found out that costs a lot more money unless you print them yourself. But that's what the video guy is saying, stand out.

I have about 50 cards at any given time. I'd like a Rolodex. I keep the car related stuff in one pile and the others separate. I go through them occasionally culling and reminding myself.

I'm pretty sure I am not the only one to do that.

A lot of cards are crap, but his is even worse crap. Arrogant full-of-himself douchebag. I wouldn't hire him to sell a toaster of mine and I certainly wouldn't ever buy anything from him. These arrogant, full-of-themselves dickwads are the ones that look to "make the sale" today with no thought whatsoever about what I value MOST in business, and that's repeat business/customers and long-term established relationships. Those come from building trust and being amicable/professional, not being a pushy, self-righteous jackass.

It is true that these types of douche bags are generally successful...the methods do work but the downside is you become a complete twat in exchange for it.

From the douche sporting a pencil thin mustache hawking windows on tv to the twatastic hump in $4k alligator shoes on the real estate billboard, they all have "success"......but would you trade lives with them?

Hell no. Given the choice, i would rather be comfortable then a rich twatbag.

LOL
