Borger, Tx. and the guy wasnt around when we left so I couldnt get any more info... But in talking to some other people around there, they all HIGHLY doubt that the two finished ones will ever fly and that the other ones will never be built.

Kinda what I'm thinking. To most, they would barely be above scrap value (consindering the cost to make one airworthy/legal). Just check out all of the hardware in my backyard (Tucson) that is wasting away:

A privately-owned MIG flies out of Burbank Airport now and then. It really shows what kind of fun a lot of money can get a person.

I wonder how long it takes the pilot to fly to Vegas? Does he (or she) have to obey airspeed laws?

There is a local guy who owns a gun shop who use to have one, not sure if he still does, but he kept where a friend use store his plane.

There is also a business that takes you up in combat jets for simulated dog fights
