I saw that very car when McQueen had it "on loan" to the Harrah's museum...IIRC, 1964-65? It's British Racing green...sexy as hell then, sexy as hell now. I wonder where it is today?

I was behind an XKE convertible this afternoon...helluva a sexy car. I just didn't remember them as being so small. And the tires soooooo skinny by todays standards.
Cool pic PWD....looks even smaller than the XKE. Did you ever decide on what car to get?

Ohhh, that car is MUCH smaller than an e type. See the "trunk" hatch at the rear?
Barely enough room to slide a spare and a small roll of tools inside. Everything was open when the car was at Harrah's...I stood there and drooled for a long time. Yeah...I'm buying a '09 Bullitt Mustang. Dealer just called. It should be here Friday. (edit) I posted a thread...already on page 3. Gonna do it!

Jaguar produced some gorgeous cars through the late 50's and 60's. I still quite like the XJS but it isn't a patch on the earlier cars. Some of the later stuff is starting to head back in the right direction although I saw a late 90's XK8 the other day and was suprised how dated it appeared. Those older cars are just timeless.

One of my all-time favs. C-Type, D-Type, E-Type and XKSS. All of them are gorgeous cars. I got to see C, D, and E's at the Keels and Wheels Concours a few weeks back.

I saw one of those in Vegas last week at the Imperial Palace car collection. It's the first one I've seen live...probably the coolest car in my experience. They also had a couple of C's and a D. I need a poster of that pic for my new garage.

Very, very cool. Both the man and the car ooze of coolness.
That's so cool, when Chuck Norris saw that picture, he frooze in the middle of his roundhouse kick. -Z

His taste in everything was great. I almost bought that truck about a year ago but could not afford. It's a '57, *one-year-only* style w/ those single headlights and patina-ed in original yellow paint. Awesome.

I had a '58 F-100 similar to this but baby blue 2 tone instead of red. They call these the "refrigerator style" pickups. I miss that truck.
