Machine Gun Hatch?
I keep seeing these around So Cal. Is this a hatch for self defense? Is it real, or just a copycat (fad?) Is it something else.
  They are black, kinda round, and flat. They remind me of ones I've seen in pictures of motorcades etc. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics.
