That's part of why it is bizarre.

Hmmm, I did notice a misspelled word in the original post.

Despite having read this thread from the beginning, I feel like I came in at the middle and have missed the premise.

Actually the good Doc was being rather complimentary...

red911sc 05-31-2009 04:39 AM

Yes, the good doctor was being complimentary. I am sorry I contributed to it going awry. Back to our regularly scheduled post.....

It really is fun to see this.
It's also amazing how easy it is to spot the losers whose only purpose in life is to try and disrupt the happiness of others.

Relevant replies welcome.

No, I meant "loser" as defined in Websters dictionary.
Function: noun Date: 1548
1: a person or thing that loses especially consistently
2: a person who is incompetent or unable to succeed ; also : something doomed to fail or disappoint
But Thank You for proving my point about the latter.

"Woosh!"

That is the sound of "Seahawk's" jest going right over the top of your head -- and he even included the " :) " to make his humor clear!

Lighten up Doc.

You'll find the forums here even better if you learn to understand the humor.

juanbenae 05-31-2009 07:53 AM

this is like a thread of mine. good intent, bad delivery and no smilies salted in to make it all okay

m21sniper 05-31-2009 11:13 AM

It's possible the doc was not being complimentary at all, but rather just didn't know the green font rule for sarcasm.

Regardless, any initial good will was immediately cast asunder when she called our beloved Seahawk a "looser". ;)

Yes, and she left it to us to decide how it would proceed. Rather telling who took the hook...

But you didn't. ;)

I have absolutely no effing idea what your talking about. Did I miss something from a previous thread? Did someone piss you off, did the yell at you, berate and/or belittle you? I am sorry for your sorrows.

Get some tougher skin Dr. This is the Wild OT.

My contribution to this thread:
Quote:

Beware of Gifts.
The door finally opened, the gold black one closed for a thousand years, The tallest, and broadest of the men picked his bow up and strutted out, yelling to the horde to wait. He hungered for the outside to be his, But doors let in. They waited hungry as well.
Discuss amongst yourselves...
