Nipple chafing

Yeah, I'm not as refined, but to go along with the cyclist, swimmer and hooker threads......

I've started running again and am getting back into a groove except it's getting kinda old having to pre-treat all of my shirts for the little nipple blood stains and it isn't terribly comfortable either. So what do y'all use for this problem????

Lighty Poly shirts, not cotton. If persisting, bandaid over nippled before run. You could also use a sports bra.

+1 on the bandaids or tape. Get the little round ones, they work fine. In the summertime, I sometimes have he same issue while cycling, and doing a lot of miles in one week.

There used to be a product called "nip guards". They work but the band aids do as well. Try a product called "glide" or there is a baby product, the name I cannot recall that worked like a charm as well.
