I was going to say, when I see those words, that is just the current owner trying to pass off a serious problem as an easy-to-fix problem.

Exactly. Kind of like when people post ads that say "blah blah blah - can be easily fixed".
Well if it can be so easily fixed, why haven't you done it? I can't believe people are stupid enough to fall for stuff like that.

What happens when you install a battery and fuel pump? Do arms pop out, like it's some kind of Transformer and it fixes everything else that needs to be done???
