All sharks will sink unless they are swimming. Sometimes they swim in the shallows, sometimes in deeper waters, but they continue on.

Jumped the shark? Hardly. We aren't desperate, we have threads about what salve to rub between your legs and how many pillow you have. Quite the opposite of "jumping the shark."

it's fascinating to watch the personal conflicts and relationships develop and change over a period of several years.
People who were pissing in each other's cheerios back then have teamed up against the current political regime, others who were chummy back then are now at each other's throats for one reaason or another, one troll banned and another steps up. There's gotta be a paper in there somewhere. Todd?

This thread jumped the shark. Why do the PARF-wankers persist in defecating in the PPOT forum when they have their purpose-built sewer?

Maybe they don't get to go out with friends for a great burger and homemade cream stout?

For out and about, I like FourBurgers in Central Square, they use good meat from Brandt Farm (when they opened they used beef that was TWICE as good, but also twice as expensive and wasted on Cantabridgian tastebuds), but I'm not even sure if they sell beer. Same with the ice cream place down the street, awesome $3 burger. Mr. Bartley's in Harvard Square has great burgers, something like 100 versions, but no beer. John Harvard's you can get a decent burger and great, fresh beer.

But for the best of both worlds, you have to go to RF O'sullivans in Somerville.

If you are going to the Esplanade for the fireworks, make sure you are settled and timed for the F-15s flyover. They come from Cambridge and fly over the Charles and over Boston so low you can almost touch them. Easily the highlight of every July 4th.

I recommend John Harvards in Harvard Square. One of my favorite old haunts. Barring that, Boston Beer Works is pretty good too (if a little touristy).

Burgers? Stout? 4th of July fireworks in Boston? Wow, nice save on this thread guys!
