1100 grams = 2.42508 lbs

If you google: "How many pounds in 1100 grams" it will calculate it for you.

I work with a bunch of Europeans here at my facility and the bastardization of units is impressive. Everything is a mixture of Pascals, inches, Torr, Seiverts, Rads, meters, psi, roentgens, feet, pounds, milliliters, grams, etc.

I notice most of the UK guys are still fans of "pints".

Any time you need to convert any unit of measurement, type your conversion into google. You'll likely get at least 10 web pages where you punch in your number and click a button if google just doesn't do it for you.

Probably also not bad to remember that there's 2.54 cm per inch and 2.2 pounds per kilogram.

www.onlineconversion.com is also pretty extensive. I haven't checked if Google can keep up with it.
