as best man, have you ever "dishonered" the maid of honor?

i got in this conversation at the latest happy hour. sadly i was a big NO. first time, maid of honor was a very young girl. and the second time, she was HOT, BAD, CRAZY, but she was a recovering heroin addict, that would cry at the drop of the hat...way too much baggage.

just bored, and offering up the same question to a way bigger audience.

Once.

My wife and I stood up with great friends of ours when they were married in Nevada.

She did get the business though. Made for some fun role-playing.

I had the chance, if I hadn't have brought my obnoxious girlfriend to the wedding. She was a mistake, on many levels

Ditto. But mine only lasted 12 minutes. (At the reception.)

Byron I couldn't imagine you not being a member of club with such benefits..

I haven't been to a wedding in years... Last woman I knew who got married didn't go out of her way to invite me to the wedding even though we are still good friends. Maybe that's because last time we got together it broke up her previous engagement and she didn't want to be tempted again on her wedding night... :-) :-) :-)

So...was it the guy that did her before or after you that was the best?

I've never liked the answer I get to that question so I've stopped asking!

I was best man once. The maid of honor was the bride's mom (matron of honor). On a cougar scale, I'd say she wouldn't register. Fat and mean she was.

Yes.....and a brides maid or two.

But I think the funniest wedding story was when I went to a friend's wedding and was with my brother and 4 other friends talking when one said, "I'm surprised I was invited, I "ficked" the bride a bunch of times, and he knows that".....followed by a "me too" from every guy in the group. We all laughed our asses off at that one, but they are still married 20 years later.

I was a groomsman at a friend's wedding in May. The bride has a cousin that is a dead ringer for 'Boomer' from BSG. So hot. Asked the bride about her... it turned out she was 17
